How to get a fit body like Andre Russell

He does have a routine of different types of exercises to increase his strength He chiefly works with cross fit and weight training to increase his stamina. Workout for 4 days a week and set your routine that includes the following exercises properly, don’t do all of these altogether. Start with the basic ones first. Take proper rest in between and don’t go overboard with these, take it easy.

• Pull-ups– 5 – 10 sets, 5 reps

Biceps

• Standing barbell curls 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps

• Alternate dumbbell curls 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps

• Preacher curls 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps


Chest

• Bench presses 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps

• Incline barbell presses 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps

• Dumbbell presses -2-4 sets, 10-12 reps


Triceps

• Parallel-bar dips 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps

• Lying Dumbbell Extensions 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps

• Pushdowns 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps


Shoulders

• Dumbbell presses 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps

• Behind Neck presses 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps

• Upright rows 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps


Calves

• Standing calf raises 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps

• Seated calf raises 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps

• Donkey calf raises 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps

Legs

• Squats 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps

• Leg presses 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps

• Hack squats 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps

Abs

• Hanging leg raises 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps

• Decline-bench crunches 2-4 sets, 10-12 reps

• Rope crunches 10 sets, 10-12 reps
