When we say memory, almonds are the first thing that pops up in our mind but let us tell you they aren’t the only thing you should eat in order to have a sharp memory. 6. Egg Yolks

We all appreciate how good eggs are for a healthy living but if you’ve been eating only egg whites, the yolk’s on you. Not many know about this but yolks are more beneficial for a healthy living. A yolk consists of good amount of choline, which benefits in fetal brain development of the pregnant women. It also breaks down bethane, a chemical that produces hormones related to happiness. If avoided eating eggs whole because of cholesterol concerns, there’s good news. Studies show that eating eggs had no effect on the cholesterol levels of healthy adults and might, in fact, help raise good cholesterol levels.

7. Green, Leafy Vegetables

Watching Popeye we all learned how good spinach is but never actually had it.  But you should know that these green - leafy vegetables are packed with vitamins A and K, which help fight inflammation and keep bones strong.

8. Salmon
